1.     So what do you want already?

            It’s all about you (or your family or guests). How to cook for you.

2.     How do you cook anyway?

  These are my basics. But a few hints for you too and the beginner in you.

3.     Use your senses and not your dollars.

            Taste, yeah, yeah, yeah. And also Smell, Touch, Hearing and Sight.

4.     Yes, it’s lovely. But how do I eat it?

Architecturally edible Appetizers and Desserts.

5.     Honey! I think I smell something burning.

Sauces, Stir fry, Sautéing and Frying under control.

6.     Run right down to your nearest Russian Market.

Ethnic, breads and soups without the scavenger hunt.

7.     Where the cupboard meets the back of the refrigerator.

Leftovers, Rice and Pasta Bases that can take anything.

8.     Those sad forgotten & forlorn “other” items.

Veggies and other side dishes.

9.     If I knew where the kitchen was, what would be in it?

The sink and other Kitchenware, Food items, Spices and Party Hats.
